Most software companies
stop at the surface.
We go all the way down.

Televopment builds the software other teams turn away from. Artificial intelligence, distributed systems, data platforms, infrastructure and the applications on top of them. One engineering company across every layer of the problem.

Our conviction

Complexity is not a reason to say no. It is the reason to call us.

Most software companies are organised around a stack they already know, so every problem gets shaped to fit it. We are organised around problems. The architecture, the technologies and the team are assembled after we understand what is actually broken, never before.

The usual answer

"That is outside our scope."

A vendor who works at one layer will scope your project down until it fits that layer. The hard part gets pushed back to you, split across three suppliers, or quietly dropped. You end up integrating other people's decisions.

Ours

"Give us the whole thing."

We take responsibility from the interface down to the system, including the part nobody wants. Fewer suppliers, one architecture, one team accountable for whether it works in production. That is what makes a complex project deliverable.

Expertise

Six disciplines. Assembled per problem.

We do not sell a technology. We bring the combination the problem requires, and we are honest when a discipline is not needed.

01

Artificial intelligence

Applied AI that reaches production, not demonstrations. Model integration, retrieval systems, agents, evaluation pipelines and the engineering discipline that keeps them reliable once real users arrive.

02

Distributed systems

Services designed to survive load, partial failure and growth. Concurrency, queues, consistency, observability, and the architectural decisions that are expensive to reverse later.

MicroservicesEvent-drivenScalingObservability
03

Data platforms

Ingestion, transformation, storage and access, built so the business can answer questions without waiting for engineering. Batch and streaming, governed, documented, and fast where it needs to be.

04

Systems & infrastructure

The layer most software companies never touch. Networking, low-level agents, traffic inspection, compute and GPU orchestration, Linux internals, and performance work measured rather than guessed.

05

Applications

Web, mobile and internal tooling built by people who also built what sits behind them. Interfaces that reflect how the system actually behaves, including when it fails.

06

Integration & modernisation

Connecting what you have to what you need. Legacy systems, third-party platforms, proprietary protocols and undocumented interfaces, migrated in stages rather than in one dangerous jump.

How we work

Four stages. The first one is where the risk is removed.

Complex projects fail in the definition, not in the code. We spend real effort before the build and we put a number on it, because free scoping is rushed scoping.

STAGE 01

Discovery

Our engineers work inside your problem for a defined period. You leave with the problem stated precisely, a technical approach, a scope and a firm price. Chargeable, and credited against the build.

STAGE 02

Architecture

Decisions written down before they become code. Trade-offs made explicit, constraints named, and the parts that are genuinely uncertain identified as uncertain rather than hidden in an estimate.

STAGE 03

Build

A named team, working in short cycles, with direct access between you and the engineers. Demonstrable progress every week rather than a status report describing it.

STAGE 04

Run

Handover that actually transfers knowledge, or continued operation by the people who built it. Documentation, monitoring, and a warranty period that means something.

Where we work

Industries where a mistake is expensive.

Our engineers have delivered in environments where uptime, correctness and regulation are not negotiable. The domain changes. The discipline does not.

01

Telecommunications

Carrier-grade platforms, billing, provisioning and subscriber systems operating at national scale.

02

Cybersecurity

Traffic inspection, telemetry collection, detection tooling and integration with existing security estates.

03

Energy & industry

Distributed installations, supervision platforms, industrial protocols and the constraints of regulated infrastructure.

04

Financial services

Transaction systems, reconciliation, audit trails and platforms where correctness is not a preference.

05

Software vendors

Engineering capacity for product companies who need depth they cannot recruit fast enough.

06

Health & public sector

Data protection, traceability, interoperability and long-lived systems that must remain maintainable.

Why clients stay

Five things that are hard to buy elsewhere.

01

Depth

We work at the layers most software companies cannot staff. Networking, systems, compute and the internals underneath them.

02

Composable

The architecture is assembled around your problem, not around the stack we happen to prefer. No technology religion.

03

Direct access

You talk to the engineers building your system. No account manager relaying tickets between the question and the answer.

04

Elastic

One senior engineer or a full team, the same week. Assembled per problem, released when it is solved, no bench to finance.

05

French entity

Contracts, invoicing and legal recourse inside the EU, in euros. Intellectual property assigned to you on delivery.

Start here

Send us the problem, not the specification.

If you already know exactly what to build, most companies can build it. Write to us when you are not sure it is possible, when three vendors have said no, or when the interesting part sits underneath the part everyone quotes on.
